We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Payment:
All payments are securely processed. Prices are in INR unless otherwise stated.
Intellectual Property: All artworks, designs, images, and content on this site are the exclusive property of Eminara. No artwork or image may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Usage Rights: Clients and buyers may display purchased artworks for personal or business (interior) use, but reproduction, resale, or commercial exploitation is not allowed without express consent.
Certificate of Authenticity: Each original artwork will be accompanied by a certificate verifying its authenticity, if applicable.

Shipping:

All artworks are carefully packaged and shipped via trusted courier partners.
We currently ship across India (for international shipping, please email us before ordering).
Delivery times vary by location—typically 5–10 business days post-dispatch.
Tracking details will be shared once dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges:

Each piece is handcrafted and thoroughly quality-checked.
We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the artwork and packaging.
Custom or commissioned pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.
In case of damage or error, we will arrange a replacement or refund after assessment.

Artistic Variation:
Each Eminara artwork is handcrafted, which means subtle differences in color, texture, and finish are natural and part of the unique charm of the piece. We strive for accurate photography, but due to lighting and screen settings, colors may appear slightly different in person.
Care & Maintenance:
Our artworks are designed for indoor display only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, or extreme temperatures may cause damage or fading over time.
Custom Work:
For commissioned pieces, we aim to reflect your vision as closely as possible; however, due to the intuitive and flowing nature of our art process, exact replication is not possible. Each piece is unique.
Liability:
Eminara is not liable for any damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow care instructions.
